Terms of Use
No Attorney-Client Relationship Created by Use of this Website. Neither your receipt of information from this website, nor your use of this website to contact Abdnour Weiker, LLP (hereinafter “the Firm”) or any of its lawyers or staff creates an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm. You will become a client of the Firm only if you sign an engagement agreement setting forth the scope of the Firm’s engagement, the fee arrangement, and other relevant matters. As a matter of policy, the Firm does not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. The Firm may, for example, already represent another party involved in your matter.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability. Information provided on the website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. The Firm periodically adds changes, improves or updates the information and documents on the website without notice. The Firm assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the website. Your use of the website is at your own risk. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory shall the Firm, its suppliers, or any other party involved in creating, producing. or delivering the website’s contents be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising from your access to, or use of, the website. Failure by the Firm to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
No Confidentiality. You may not use this website to provide confidential information about a legal matter of yours to the Firm. Your use of this website does not make you a client of the firm or even a prospective client of the Firm. If you have confidential information that you would like to give to the Firm, please communicate with one of the Firm’s lawyers or staff in person or by telephone, not by filling in any form on this website or by sending an unsolicited email to the Firm or any of its lawyers or staff.
No Legal Advice Intended. This website includes general information about legal issues and developments in the law. Such materials are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments. These informational materials are not intended, and must not be taken, as legal advice on any particular set of facts or circumstances. You need to contact a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction for advice on specific legal issues problems.
No Intent to Refer Matters to Other Firms. Unless otherwise expressly stated on a particular page of the Firm’s website, the Firm intends to act as primary counsel in representing clients who retain an attorney of the Firm.
Children’s Information. You agree that you are not under thirteen (13) years of age. The website is intended for users over the age of eighteen (18), and we do not intend to collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13).
Cost of Website. The cost of this website is paid for by the Firm and not by any other lawyer or firm.
No Guarantee of Results. Some of the case summaries, reports of past results, testimonials, and individual lawyer biographies on this website describe past matters handled for clients of the Firm. These descriptions are meant only to provide information to the public about the activities and experience of our lawyers. They are not intended as a guarantee that the same or similar results can be obtained in every matter undertaken by our lawyers. You must not assume that a similar result can be obtained in a legal matter of interest to you. The outcome of a particular matter can depend on a variety of factors—including the specific factual and legal circumstances, the ability of opposing counsel, and, often, unexpected developments beyond the control of any client or lawyer.
No Claim of Expertise or Board Certification. This website lists areas in which the Firm’s lawyers practice. In so doing, no Firm lawyer makes a claim of “expertise,” “specialization” or “board certification.” Any lawyers of the Firm who are properly board certified in a practice area have so indicated in their biographies.
IRS Circular 230 Notice. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service requirements, this is to inform you that any information on this website that could be construed as United States tax advice is not written or intended to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of (i) avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) promoting, marketing or recommending to another party any transaction or matter addressed on this website. See IRS Circular 230.
Links to Third Party Websites. As a convenience, this website provides links to various third-party websites. Such linked websites are not under the control of the Firm, and the Firm assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the contents of such websites.
Links to the Firm’s Website. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Firm’s website so long as (i) the link or your linking website does not portray the Firm or our services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter; (ii) your linking website complies with all applicable law and does not otherwise violate this Agreement or the rights of others; and (iii) your website has, maintains and follows a privacy policy no less protective of user data than the privacy policy of this website. You may not use any Firm logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
The Firm may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause, in which case you agree to immediately remove the hyperlink. You may not link to any page other than the home page of this website. Any link to the Firm’s website should be a full forward link that passes the client browser to our home page without barriers. The “back” button should return the visitor to original site if the visitor wishes to back out.
Use of Submissions. If you respond with information including feedback or data such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of this website, such information will be deemed to be non-confidential. We will have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and will be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute the information to others without limitation. We will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such information.
Authorized Practice of Law. The jurisdictions in which the Firm’s lawyers are licensed to practice are noted on their biographies on this website. The ability of any Firm lawyer to engage in any activities for a client outside of that lawyer’s state(s) of licensure is subject to state statutes, professional standards and court rules. Neither any lawyer of the Firm nor the Firm seeks, and this website is not intended to solicit, legal engagements in jurisdictions outside of our lawyers’ states of licensure when such engagements would constitute the unauthorized practice of law in any jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction; Choice of Law. This Agreement and your use of the website shall be governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action or proceeding between the Firm and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. This website is hosted in the United States. If you access the website from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the website or services in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and all other provisions shall remain in force.

Federal law, as well as the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), require law firms, like other professionals who provide personal financial services, to inform their clients about the Firm’s privacy policy concerning client information. As your attorneys, we have always protected your right to privacy and will continue to do so in the future. In the course of providing individual clients with legal advice, we often receive a significant amount of personal information, including financial information. As a client or future client of the Firm, you should rest assured that all of the information we receive from you is held in strictest confidence, and it is not released to anyone outside the Firm, except as agreed to by you, or as required by law.

In order to protect your nonpublic, personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with professional standards.
Should you have any questions or concerns about the Firm’s privacy policy, the treatment of your personal information, or the Firm’s professional code of ethics, please feel free to contact us at (614) 745-2001.
